The center conductor is made of high-grade copper-coated steel, swept to 3.0GHz, making it suitable for Satellite, Cable, Wireless (including cell services), and Communication uses.

With very low signal attenuation (2.75dB at 750MHz for the 50' cable), this cable can be used for long runs without loss of signal or picture quality. The high-grade 360-degree weatherproof compression connectors ensure the cable remains water and weather-proof, without compromising the signal. The connectors are designed to withstand pulling, weather, and extreme temperatures (up to 167°F).

The coaxial shielding consists of a 60% aluminum-magnesium alloy braid and a 100% solid aluminum foil (including an 18% overlap), providing excellent protection against interference from neighboring or rogue signals. The flexible, UV-resistant PVC outer jacket has been tested for use in many extreme conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

The dielectric center is made from gas-injected foam PE, maintaining a consistent 75 Ohms +/- 3 throughout the entire length of the coax cable. The outside diameter of the cable is 0.27 inches (6.85 mm), with the connectors slightly larger at 0.4375 inches (11.11 mm). Length markings every two feet on the side make it easier to cut the cable to the desired length.
